Official LOA

So, I got the LOA (or what I think is the LOA) from USNA today in the mail. Could someone just confirm this? Nowhere in the letter does it say the words "Letter of Assurance" but it says in bold, "You are guaranteed an offer of appointment if your remaining admissions requirements are satisfactorily met". I know for West Point's LOA's it says the words "Letter of Assurance" in it. soooo is this an LOA?

If you meet the remaining requirements you will receive an appointment.
