Online Application Issues

I am currently trying to start an application with USMMA, per the suggestion of every representative of my MOC, but the online application doesn't seem to be working. Each time I try to submit Part I of the application (mostly just basic personal information) I receive an error message. This has been happening for a few weeks now, and I have tried to apply from multiple computers (both Mac and PC, so I know it's not a compatibility issue). Is anyone else having this issue, or know how to resolve it? I would really rather apply online than in paper. Thanks!

I had that issue happen to me several weeks ago. I did eventually get it to go through online for me, though I forgot exactly how.

Did you try different web browsers? Ex: Firefox, google chrome, etc
...also does it say what the error is? Ex: too many characters in comment area, etc.

I have tried both safari (on Mac) and firefox (on PC). it's not giving me an error, it just loads an error page (i.e. "website is not responding") or something along those lines. I'll see if any other browsers work.

Call Admissions

One of the nicest things about applying to Kings Point as opposed to the rest of your list is that you can receive personal attention. Most of the staff will be gone this week, but when they return next week they will be extremely helpful. Also, you might try Internet Explorer. It is not a browser we usually use, but it was recommended to my DS and worked much better than any other, at least a few years ago. Good luck.
