Osgood-Schlatter Disease

I have Osgood-Schlatter Disease and just found out from the DODMERB website that it's disqualifying. Is it possible to get a waiver for this or is it a lost cause? I'm only a junior so I haven't had the medical exam yet.

I heard Osgood-Slatter's was only DQ'd if the knee pain is still there and its still a problem. Going thru the DoDMERB process and I have that but the pain disappeared years ago so I hope its not disqualifying...
