I'm currently a junior in high school and was just wondering how difficult it is to get an out of state AROTC scholarship? My stats aren't very impressive and I took the ACT early in February. I don't know what my score is yet, but I should figure out relatively soon.
I also saw that I can now start my application for the national scholarships, but I'm waiting to get my ACT scores before I begin. Can anyone give me a short summary of the process? Thanks for the help in advance.
