Does the Air Force Academy offer overnight visits to candidates with LOA's and/or appointments? I know the USMA does this but can't find any mention on the admissions web site for the USAFA for anything other than day visits. is there a way to arrange this?

They have orientation throughout April for appointees to come and stay a night. The dates will usually be listed in early Feb. It is a great program for appointees if you can afford to come. Until then, If you called admissions, I wouldn't be surprised if they set something up for you.

If you are an athlete and hope for a spot on a USAFA team, contact your coach. Sometimes they can arrange visits, sometimes not, depending on NCAA rules, etc.
One of my twins went on a visit, and one did not, but we went as a family to Orientation. It answered a lot of questions for parents, as well as for the kids.
