I am interested in a nomination to USNA from Senator Bob Casey or Pat Toomey. How many Pennsylvannia's each year compete from a nomination from a Sate Senator?

In a word, "YES!" PA is a highly competitive state. The good news is that Specter's history. Still the not-so-mighty Casey is not his dad, and he is one of 7 pathetic senators to vote to continue funding ACORN ... AFTER they were shown instructing how to run a prostitution operation for 13 and 14 year olds. :thumbdown:Still, his nomination, "spends.":thumb:

I received Congressman Sestak's nomination (principal) this year. I was told there were over 50 applicants for nominations to the service academies with 30+ just for USNA.
