Should you send in all your forms/letters in a nice folder? How do you handle the stack of sealed envelopes then?

One Senator said not to put the info in anything...OK got that one.

The other Senator and Congressman said nothing about it in their info packets.

Thanks!

There are several ways to "package" your information. For the one who said not to package it, I would still place all items in order inside a manilla envelope. My son had plastic report covers with dividers (purchased at kinkos, I think). Each section was labeled with what it contained. The sealed envelopes were placed in the pocket in the back of the folder. In the academic section, we had an unsealed transcript and SAT report with a note that stated a sealed report was in the back. The first page was the letter requesting the nomination. After that was personal info, activities, picture, etc... Each MOC had different requests, so each packet was a little different. It looked very professional and was easy for the committee to sort through. These were fedexed to the MOC offices, so we knew they arrived. Although this process takes time and effort, my opinion is that it is time well spent.
