When they say to bring white, grey, or navy blue shoes does that mean no black? Also are you allowed to bring prescription goggles?

Lol... Yes. But if you bring black shoes I don think they are going to send you on a flight back home. In other words, if your black shoes are broken in and comfortable, and you're short on money, I think it's alright.

By prescription goggles do you mean swimming goggles? if so, and if you need them, I think yes, absolutely.

I believe they want you to stay away from bright colors. You don't want to draw attention to yourself. If money is an issue, then like the above poster said, I'm sure you will be fine. You can always go to Paul Duddy's Facebook page and select his albums tab and look for last year's swab summer pictures. You will be able to see what other swabs wore. Be sure and have the best cushioning you can afford, as shin splints are always an issue in swab summer. You can bring your goggles. You also will be issued swimming goggles.

Thank you both!! Sorry, I did mean swimming goggles, I have issues seeing without glasses or contacts
