Parachute Team

I was just wondering about the West Point Parachute Team. How does one make the team, what are some pre-requisites to make the team, and are there any special tips or tricks that I can learn in order to make it easier to secure a spot on the team?

There were a few posts about this not too long ago. As far as I know, tryouts are after a semester so you have some grades to show you can handle schoolwork, and then there are physical tests and interviews.

I'm curious if glasses/contacts are a DQ.

One of the cadets I met at WP was on the parachute team. They have a really hard physical try out and I believe you complete the IOCT course if I'm not mistaken. That's just to get the interview.
