Going to first football game tomorrow. Only have individual not season tickets so no parking pass. I have read the parking instructions for satellite parking. The Germantown elementary school or Phoenix academy that are listed looks like an easy walk. Any one know how early they fill up? Is there street parking in that neighborhood to the south of stadium? Get to see our plebe! Go Navy!!

Germantown is really easy to park. Can fill up early especially with first game tomorrow. I would think if you are there an 1-2 hours ahead time you should be fine. Bring some food and drinks, relax and get in early to watch the March on. Enjoy the game! Beat Colgate!

Also, there are homes all around the stadium that let you pay to park in their driveway. $20 is pretty much the going rate. We have parked at Germantown for several games, and its a very easy walk and pretty painless exit after the game.

Parking was easy! Those school lots were still open 1 hour before. Easy walk even with my father, an 83 year old navy vet. Very special event. He got to see his grandaughter plebe march on. Recommend it highly to any plebe parent within distance. And they won and received weekend leave! Thanks again for the advice. Hope to go to many games next 4 years and onward.

After the game, until their town liberty expires. Technically, they are in duty status at the game, and are expected to stay in or near the Brigade seating area. After all, they have push-up responsibilities.
They may also be on duty for the weekend and may have to return to the Yard.
Or they might get an overnight!

With the 'dant last year liberty was given after every football win and for 'fighting hard' against Notre Dame and Ohio State. Not sure anyone knows how free this 'dant will be with 'meritorious' weekends. However, it's a good bet that beating Army will always get an overnight! ;-)
