Partnership Schools?

Hey guys... I was looking up Marist College (listed as my top choice on the AROTC application) and it says that it is a partnership school of Fordham... I don't really get what that means. Do partnership schools share the same benefits the main school offers to winners of the ROTC scholarship (for instance, Fordham waives room and board for scholarship winners - would Marist do the same?) or does it simply mean that if you're in the ROTC program at Fordham, you must take the military classes at one of the partnership schools? I'm a bit confused. lol Thanks.

Try emailing Fordham's PMS or Enrollment Officer. Some schools, in this case Fordham, can or choose to limit the number of scholarships they offer to partner schools. Schools also have different arrangements as far as taking your ROTC classes. As far as room and board goes, talk to the PMS as it differs across the board, and he will have the most updated info as if Marist college gives you free room and board, in this case I'm pretty sure it's up to Marist not Fordham whether you receive the free room and board at Marist.

Here's who I would contact:
CPT Richard Gomez
Assistant Professor of Military Science, Battalion Recruiting Officer
Email: AROTCRoo@fordham.edu
