PCS help

    Hi all - I am only asking my question here because I have watched my son spend three days trying to solve this issue. PLEASE no comments on him being an adult and needs to figure things out on his own....I know all that. I am just asking here to see if anyone can help.

    Ok - so my son got a call from the moving company telling him he needs the MDC code fixed on his orders and they could not pick up his things as scheduled to do the error. Son was supposed to have his items picked up today and leave Thursday to drive to Anchorage. He has called and emailed the LT line multiple times. No one answers and they have not returned his call. He is quite frustrated at this point.

    Questions are - is there someone else he should be calling? Should he just wait until he gets to Anchorage and have it fixed then? Thanks!

    Does he not have his orders? Or is there no MDC?

    It is fixed! Cadet command took care of it.
