So I just wanted to get some input on my chances for getting picked up for a Pilot slot for the 2018 fiscal year.

I am in a unique situation I am an AS300 who still needs to go to FT because I got deferred. I took the AFOQT 3 times and passed on the last time. Unfortunately my Pilot score fell from a 50 to a 31. I have a 3.33 GPA and score right around a 96% on the PFA. I take the TBAS on OCT 7th. I am also going to try to obtain 21 flight hours. I know there is some other information missing but any advice or guidance would be appreciated. Again thanks for the help!

Here are my stats to compare. I got picked up during feb's rated board for pilot.

GPA - 3.8
PCSM - 65
FT - DG (1/26)
RSS - number 1 or 2
PFA - 98

Hope this gives you an idea

I have a friend who got picked up for pilot.

he had a 33 pcsm score, 3.1 gpa, top third ft, 97 pfa, and top of his class. his stats are pretty good but his gpa is a little low and his PCSM is unbelievably low. Maybe there's hope afterall for the rest of us who don't have really high pcsms.
