Is anyone familiar with the logistics for the Personal Swearing-In? I know the location, time, and uniform requirements. I was wondering if there's an official Navy Photographer, if everyone is sworn as a large group, if opportunities are slim for pictures during etc. Would a video camera be better than a still picture?
