When do I submit my Pfe scores? Is this after my application is all submitted or do I upload a pdf version of my score sheet? When is the DoDMERB scheduled as well?!

The PFE score can be submitted at anytime. DODMERB scheduling can be at a time when your application (or applications at other service academies) is a certain percentage complete.

I'm fairly certain the PFE scores are submitted by whomever administers the PFE.

You will need to identify your PFE Administrator in the "My Recommendations" section of your online application...that individual will receive an automated e-mail with instructions and an embedded link for reporting your PFE results via our online recommendation system. The PFE is a required application item, so your record will not be considered complete (eligible for review) until the PFE results are received.

We forward an applicant to DoDMERB, who provides information on scheduling the medical examination, once their record is complete.

Will someone kindly provide a link or a table showing the numbers of sit-ups and pushups and time for the run with the corresponding number of points? Thanks so much.

I googled it and found everything but how the number of events corresponded to points granted. Anyone?

Is the PFE the same as the initial entrance fit test (called CFA at USAFA) or is it that same as the every 6 month USAF fit test?

The PFE is the initial fitness test AND also the fitness test cadets take each semester. The test and scoring are the same. The minimum passing score, however, increases as you move up the cadet ranks. 200 minimum required to commission.

CGA does not do the basketball toss or pull-ups like other SA's do.

Nor do they use the Shuttle Run.

I also think the running distance in the CGA's test is longer.

I always found it odd that the basketball throw and shuttle run were used by the other 4 academy CFA entrance tests, but never measured again.

And why did CGA stop using the CFA and instead change to this shorter test? (I think the change was about 10 years ago.)

It was called the PFE when I entered in 2002. It did change after I left to a cadence based PFE.
