I just took the PFE and got a 254 but it says thats a only a B. I missed an A by a few points. i am wondering what kind of role the PFE plays in admission and should i retake the exam again to try and get a better score?

A "B" 254 is well qualified, far above the entrance standard.

Is the PFE looked at only as a whole, or do you have to do well on every event. I got a 230 when I took it, but that was because I did very well on two events and not so well on the third. Is this okay?

There is not a prescribed minimum performance for each individual event on the PFE; only total scores are assessed.
