Does choosing a major greatly affect or limit your job after the Academy? Just before you pounce on this and say, you should already know this, my major and job after the Academy match up but a friend of mine would like to know and I was not in this situation. Thank you

Some jobs require specific majors, some don't. My advice is not to choose a major, much less a job, before showing up to I-Day. You have a long road ahead of you.

So let's say you choose your major and your job before I day. Im guessing you could probably change it?

You can "pick" in your head as many times as you like. You can't declare a major until school starts in August anyway, and yes, you can change your major after you do declare. As far as jobs go, you won't be putting in your official choices for a LONG time. Many people have an idea of what they would like to do, but keep an open mind since you have a few years.

So let's say someone wants to study biology but then be in security forces or a pilot, that could happen?

You can be a pilot with any degree. I personally know a computer science major, a civil engineering major, and a behavioral science major that all got pilot slots. I also know a C-130 pilot who has a biology degree from USAFA. Security Forces is probably the same way. There are VERY few jobs that require specific degrees. The only one I can think of right now is a test pilot which just requires an engineering degree, so that's not even super specific.
