Plebe Summer

I know this is a random question, but does anyone know if Plebes are allowed to have braces during Plebe Summer?
There is nothing wrong with my teeth but my parents wanted me to make my teeth look better before sending me off to a service academy or college.

I don't think that you are allowed to have braces on while at USNA. NROTC is ok, but not USNA.

Oh what about Invisalign?
Or is that not allowed either?

Braces have to be off by I-Day, but USNA can decide to put them back on...until commissioning, when they take them back off again.
