Hey all, I just a received an email that said:
Please provide a true and accurate statement as to whether you have a police or juvenile record, to include minor traffic violations and if you are the subject of any civil or criminal court action of any kind.
We need this statement immediately.
In the Important Information for the Class of 2018, it said I need to obtain a police record check AND submit a signed statement indicating whether or not I have any violations of the law.
Since I've done the routine police record check through my town's police department, I am guessing they are asking for my statement. However, I am not sure how to provide this statement. If there is a such a form, can someone provide me a link to it? Thanks.
