Possible late arrival to USNASS...

I will be taking the ACT at 8 or 9 am on June 9th, then going to the airport to catch a flight to Annapolis (from Kentucky) by hopefully 1:15 or 1:45. How late will there be NA personnel at the airport to get me to the Academy? I will be traveling alone for the first time, and don't want to end up in the wrong place or just completely lost. Administration has requested all participants arrive by 5pm, but they have said that arriving late is a common thing for all people traveling, so I guess I have that going for me...

If you get to BWI by 2pm you should make a 5pm deadline easily, as BWI is only about 45 minutes from USNA, and 90% of that is interstate hwy.

I believe the OP means that he/she would try to catch a flight leaving KY some time between 1-2 PM.

To the OP: If no one from USNA is present at BWI when you arrive, you can pay for a ride in a shuttle bus, for about $40, I believe. You can arrange it in advance. The shuttle has a waiting area and service counter in the BWI luggage area that services passengers from terminals A and B, which is where you are going to arrive if you fly Southwest Airlines out of Louisville.
