After the first senator's interview my DS called the MOC's office to get the names and titles correct (it was a blur he said) and then sent the notes in care of the MOC's office to distribute. They wouldn't give the committee members addresses out so he put the individual notes with postage all in the one envelope to the main state office with a note explaining what they were (you never know who will open the mail versus who you spoke to on the phone) and to please either address them or hand them out at the next committee meeting. I don't know if this convoluted way is best, but it is all we could figure out!
