One of my friends got pregnant with one semester left until graduation/commissioning. What will they do to her, and where can she find the regulations?

Your friend needs to look at the applicable regulations. If Army ROTC, you can find those in CCR 145-1 or others.

Here is a short excerpt from CCR 145-1 Section 2-11:

k. Pregnant Students. Pregnant students are not ineligible to compete for scholarship. However, they are ineligible to enroll in ROTC if pregnant. Therefore, students must be medically qualified at the time of enrollment. Cadets who become pregnant after enrollment will not be involuntarily disenrolled solely because of pregnancy. In addition, all applicants must meet dependency requirements (AR 145-1, Chapter 3) before enrollment.

A dialogue with her cadre and consulting the appropriate regulations will be much more helpful than us.

If your friend is not married she will need to deal with dependency and custody issues, this may prove to be the biggest roadblock.
