Is anyone else having trouble accessing the online Preliminary application form? I've tried on my Mac and on a PC. I've tried using Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, and I still can't access it. An error page keeps coming up. What can I do?
 
It isn't accessible until later in the spring. Once the summer seminar application closes, the preliminary candidate questionnaire will open. If you apply to summer seminar, then you do not need to (and should not) submit a PCQ.
