How does this work? It talks about ROTC sending a letter to my guidance counseler and I take it?

Or do I just print a card out, and go ask a coach/gym teacher to take it?

    Thanks

Ok, I have the sheet with me...... and I am going to get the test done this week before the FEB board. My question is where does the teacher sign? There is only room for my name and school and my scores?

Do they just call the person to confirm the score or what?

Just draw in a line on the sheet and print your coach's/P.E. teacher's name under the line and have him sign on the line. Make sure your name and SSN are on it as well as, of course, your scores. Then fax it in. Have you finished all other aspects of your application (officer interview, high school transcripts, DoDMERB exam, etc.)? Your packet won't go to the board until all components are completed.

Yes, all is done except the fitness test.

I just got a bruised AC joint during a hockey game, and I was not able to do pushups or pullups that well, so I had to wait until it felt better to test.

So wait...I am a bit confused...on the sheet it says pushups and situps in one minute, but in other places I read otherwise.

Is it how many situps and pushups you can do in 2 minutes or 1 minute?

Ok, so I did 64 situps in 2 min, 60 pushups in 2min, and 1 mile in 6:03, how is that?

I just had my coach initial each one and then signature it on the side, will that suffice?

I will fax it monday before the next board!! Woohoo

Hey, I'm new to this forum. It's pretty awesome.

You can also call the PMS at your college choice and they can administer the fitness test. That's what I had to do, since there's no indoor track here, and there's about two feet of snow on the ground.
