Principal Nomination Question

5Day, in many ways yes. But so many other things are looked at. For instance the OPs highest Math might not include any Calc or Pre-Calc. Maybe no Chem or Physics. Those could definitely impact a scholastic standing. What if their Calc teacher said this student should not go to USNA and has been caught cheating on exams or is horrible to teach.

OP, not saying that you have done any of the above or haven't taken any of the classes mentioned. You sound like an outstanding candidate with a strong resume. Keep pushing forward, stay in shape, have some fun (it is senior year after all), don't do anything stupid and keep your fingers crossed for the BFE.

Thank you all for encouragement.

Here are some school activities.

I am in NHS, Foreign Language Club President, Varsity Football Starting QB since sophomore year, starting varsity basketball shooting guard since sophomore year, team captains in both sports, scholars bowl, forensics, FFA, 4 year varsity letterman in football and basketball, 2 year varsity letterman in track and golf, American Legion Leadership Award winner, and State Champion Newspaper Sports Writer.

I'm blessed to live in a small town where I am able to participate in many activities. These are just some of the bigger ones from my resume I have used throughout this process.

Also, I am advanced in mathematics and actually ran out of math classes to take at my high school after taking Calculus in my junior year. Currently enrolled in AP Calculus II through a local education center.

I really appreciate all that everyone does on this forum. It really does help candidates with the process and I have learned so much thanks to great people like all of you.
