Problems with USNA Emails?

    My son is trying to email an update to his Regional Director using the email on his CIS page, that he (and my older son) have used several times in the past - just the region3@usna.edu. It kept getting bounced back as "Delivery Failure". We tried the admissions@usna.edu email and that came back as well.

    Anyone know if it's just down right now or are they changing their emails over? Any suggestions? Is there a number to call to update the file? Thanks!

    What I did was call the admissions office. After all of the automated responses, I was connected to a real person in my region. I spoke to her and asked what I needed to do to update an area of the application. At the end of the call I asked for her direct phone line and her email address. Found her to be very helpful. Once I did what I needed to do, I called her up again to confirm. She knew who I was, and even told me that she had just saw my transcript come across her desk. Irrevelant to the issue that I called about, but it was nice of her to update me. It also doesn't hurt to put a voice with the application. This was all back in the beginning of june.

    I recently emailed her directly to get a resume attatched to my file. It was nice that I could call her directly to confirm it was in my file. Who knows who reads the region email addresses.
