    Should I contact Penn State NROTC Det.? - Would they have any clue whether I got NROTC?

    Programs and Services: The Pennsylvania State University Naval ROTC program is designed to prepare undergraduate students for a commission in the Navy or Marine Corps while they earn their baccalaureate degree. The instructional program consists of four parts: University major curriculum, Navy specified university courses, Navy professional academic courses, and Navy professional training. This program ensures that all Naval ROTC graduates have a common understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of Naval Science. Scholarships are available to selected applicants.

    Yes contact school NROTC. Last year DS received notice from freshmen NROTC advisor from school choice 1 pryor to NROTC confirmation. Was not accepted to school choice 1 and had plenty of time to switch scholarship to number 2 school.
