So I can wait until Jan 14 to enter my app for SAT and ACT scores... and Physical Test for that matter, should I wait and keep entering tests and working out, or just get the app in asap?

No no no. There are multiple boards. You are shortchanging yourself if you don't get all that in ASAP.

If you have not done the tests do them in October if its not too late to sign up. Do them again in Nov and update your application with the new scores. Get a PFT done as soon as possible (assuming your ready for it) and do it again if necessary.

Get those college applications in if you haven't done do already. Apply to each college you list on your application. Some folks in the past haven't applied to each college and sure enough their scholarship was to a college they hadn't applied to.

Also, on the AROTC Extracurricular Activities section of the app it asks for ATT Summer Camp under Civil Air Patrol. Is that an Encampment?

You can't, but you can submit them to your ROO so they can update the application.

ROO - Recruiting Operations Officer (Cadet command). Contact the officer you're already in contact with in processing your application or contact your local recruiter to find out exactly who to speak with. If you're not in contact with an officer yet you will be once your application is accepted and you can ask them how to handle it.
