I read on Penn State's website that they have about 7 midshipmen who select aviation each year. What is Purdue's selection rate like? Where can I find information about college's aviation selection rates?

Aviation selection rates are not school specific. The things considered are ASTB score, GPA, class rank.
ASTB 7+ across the board is strong, 8+ almost a lock (if no Nuke draft).
GPA in a Tier 1 is irrelevant. You get a multiplier that overweights a 2.0 over a 4.0 tier 3.
Class rank is where is gets interesting. If your unit knows how to play the game, should be irrelevant.
The game is ranking current graduates over off semester graduates. Most units do this.
If not, it won't matter if you're a tier 1, with an 8+ across your 3 scores.
