Question about MiCare Registration

What address do I use when signing up?

I assume I should put my current home address, but in the instructional flyer there is an important note to use the Academy's zip code in the zip code section. So does that mean I should use the Academy's address as my address when signing up?

Or do I wait to be assigned a PO box and then use that address?

Anyone know? Thanks
 
DD used home address and will change it when she gets a new one. Your address can be changed at any time once you register.
 
DD has already been assigned a PO box at the Academy. So, may use this if allowed to use a PO box versus actual street address.
 
Under the provider tab it says 'Pending' and it has been like 2 weeks. Does anybody's say 'Accepted' or is just me?
 
I am the OP and just today received an email regarding MiCare today. It said "Welcome to RelayHealth. I have verified your identity and linked your account to my online office"

Under zip code use the Colorado zip code provided, this will trigger the selection of the USAFA as the provider. My DD use our home address.
 
My DS used the USAFA PO Box address. There was a notation indicating to you use the Colorado zip code.

How long does it usually take for the turn around to go from pending to accepted?
