My DS has been given a 4yr ROTC Scholarship to two separate branches of the service. He has an Appointment to a SA. His first choice is a different SA than the one he has an Appointment to. My question is: is it appropriate, or for that matter, would it do any good, to update his file with his preferred SA stating that he has the ROTC Scholarships and the Appointment to the other SA?
