I have not yet done anything with dodmerb (i just got notified of my army rotc scholarship and the dodmerb website still has no record of my ss or dob, so i'll give it a few days)
I was wondering whether, if i know already that i'm probably going to be disqualified for something, i should attempt to get a waiver as soon as possible, or wait until i am disqualified (or not, as the case may be). or at least wait until i have my physical exam.
can i apply for a waiver after i've already been dq-ed? how long does that take?
any info (including anything about how the dodmerb process works with rotc scholarship candidates) would be appreciated.
thanks
