I had a similar question of USMA about this.

At West Point your allowed to go to Airborne School, Sapper school, etc.
I heard from a friend of mine who is in A&M That they are allowed to go to some of these schools in between their 2nd and 3rd year and any other year is rare.
But I want to make sure I know exactly what school allows you to go to certain summer courses and such. I'm wondering about..

Texas A&M
Norwich University
The Citadel
North Georgia College and State University.

I want to know what all these schools can offer and if there's a specific time to go, when? Thank you!

This is basically a funding issue. The rules in place last year won't be the rules going forward with cuts. My guess is that each of the schools you listed will have roughly the same opportunities (in terms of number of slots per the number of contracted cadets).
