    Hello all,

My school counselor has spoken with my local ALO and has arranged a meeting with him on Monday during my study hall. My question to you is: what should I speak to him about? How should I address him? He's a LtCol. Also, this IS NOT my interview; should I treat it as an interview?

Sorry if there was another topic about this, but everything I can find is about interviews.

Consider every contact you have with your ALO as part of your interview.

Indeed. He may not even do a formal interview. Mine just got to know me and my family over a period of time and gradually got the answers he needed for his part.

How do I speak with him? In terms of addressing him. Lt Col last name?

When speaking with a Lt Col, the term of address is Colonel Last Name. But as Aglages said, “Sir” works just fine.
