Questions regarding NROTC Board

Does anyone know how often the NROTC review board meets during a month? What day of the month? And when the last month of boards will be? Is it April or May?

My son is trying to change his NROTC scholarship to a different school. He is currently on the waitlist and Ms. Parker told him that they would begin processing transfers/waitlists after the last board in early April. Not sure how certain or definite that info is, but it's what he was told.
