Hello forum, do my teachers have to upload form 145 on a website/link, or do they give it to me to mail? Thanks.

The letters you print out from your portal will have a link for your teachers to access. If you haven't printed the letters yet, do so and give them to your teacher(s) as soon as possible.

There is a difference between teacher evaluations (form 145) and letters of recommendation. The two teachers (Math and English) and one other evaluation are done via the portal with a link supplied by USAFA. As Lesak said, you have to print out the letter and give it to your teachers. The three additional LORs can be from any person (except a relative) that knows you well and can speak regarding your integrity, leadership and character. Those three LORs can be mailed or faxed by you.
