on the car (candidate acticities record) should I include anticipated participation? or only include what I have done or am currently doing? thank you

We were told to only indicate what you have done or are currently doing: update additional info as necessary.

Not sure about USMA but for USNA it states to put activities you're anticipated to do during senior year as well

It's not the same for USMA and USNA. What Lee2015 said is what we were told at SLS.
