Does the college you go to affect the chances you have of being a NAV, pilot etc...?

Can you still become a NAV, pilot etc... if you don't receive a scholarship?

Thanks

The College you go to, with the exception of the Air Force Academy (They get more rated slots than any other college), does not affect your chances. You can be a NAV, pilot, etc with or without a scholarship. Getting a rated slot is determined off of your physical fitness score, GPA, Commander's ranking, how well you did in Field Training, and most importantly what the Air Force needs at the moment of your commissioning. Increase your chances by doing well at PT, school, and field training and you should be fine.
