Quick Question

Hi all
I am prior service army looking to go Army ROTC. Quick question about the O1-E pay requirements. On my DD 214 it says that my Net Active Service This Period is 4 Years and 0 days. From what I have read I would need 4 years and 1 day? I went straight from active into the IRR. Will I lose out on O1E pay if/when I commission because of 1 day???

Look at note #3 at the bottom of the pay table. O-1E requires 4 years and 1 day of active duty, or 1460 retirement points. Any AT training or ADT orders while in the Reserve/Guard do count as Active Duty time. IRR time does not, unless you were put on orders to attend a muster.

I thought that was it but just wanted to double check. Sadly I have not gotten any orders to attend a muster. I will be crossing my fingers though because that extra pay adds up quick!
