On the list in the Cadet Handbook under the Optional Items list it says we can bring one 4x6 framed photo or photo cube, however I just received a digital 4x6 photo frame for graduation and was wondering if that is allowed?

I would leave it at home. With the moves during the summer and then before the schoo year, don't bring anything valuable. That's not even considering what cadre might do when they find the frame not only plugged in but on while you're out of the room. Save if for the school year is my unofficial advice. The knick-knack shelf for the summer will probably be pretty bare. You can dress it up tastefully during your 4/c year and on.
