In my cadet packet, it said to ensure that you report all changes in medical condition to avoid being disqualified on R-Day.

So what exactly can get you disqualified for (or is it only for big things like breaking your neck, etc.)?

Anything that makes you unable to safely complete Cadet Basic Training. Don't try and figure it out for yourself - let them decide and report everything.

In some cases, injuries and illnesses that are reported can be rectified prior to R-Day and admissions can help with this. If you have an issue and don't report it then you risk being turned back by the examining physician and admissions can't help you then.
