R Day Travel Claim

My understanding from reading through the "Instruction for Applicants Offered Admission" is that candidates who report on R Day are entitled to travel reimbursement.

Assuming that the standard DOD Form 1351-2 is used for this purpose, should this form be filled out beforehand and brought by the candidate to R Day - or is this done as part of administrative check in?

Dont do it ahead of time. You will do it during beast - during the first few days.
