I got an email the day EA decisions were released saying I was going to CCEB for review. Does that mean I'm in the first round(or one of the first) for RA?
Does CCEB take a break after EA or do they just keep moving along?
I'm trying to gauge when I'll hear something but I don't know how admission goes about moving from EA to RA.

    One more question:
If I talked to the Drum Corps director there and he offered to put in an evaluation based on my heavy corps experience. Would he be the one to call if I am fortunate enough to be offered an appointment?

Thanks all...good luck to everyone in RA!

I talked with Mr. Frenkel as well during CFAD and he said he does that for mostly everyone with band experience who wants to do band at the academy, just an FYI.

Darn. That makes sense though. I hope some of the first rounds come out this month though. If I get a no, I want to know.

As a member of the Drum Corps and other music programs, I can tell you that Mr. Frenkel does do an evaluation for all applicants interested in music. However, he does rate them on priority/need as well. It is similar to the blue chip/green chip process that athletics does.
