I have a diagnosis of Reactive Airway Disease in my records. My Dr is ordering a Methacholine Challenge test to supplement the administrative remedial DODMERB requested. Two questions: 1) Is RAD, like asthma, an automatic DODMERB DQ? 2) Should I go through with the Methacholine Challenge Test preemtively? I will not pay for the test I'm a military brat and this will be done through a referral from my MTF.
Like everyone else who seems to post with asthma related problems I do not use an inhaler, but unfortunately my Mom kept my prescription up; and, like everyone else posting with asthma questions, I am a three sport athlete in XC and long distance track without breathing problems or medical incidents my entire high school career.
