Received and processed?

On the online application, when I submit a form (ie my essays) it says this form has been received and processed by the usafa. Does this mean that it has been scored or read? If so, can I find out how I did?

It means simply as it says. It's been received and processed into your file. The review board won't even look at your application until 1) It is 100% complete. AND 2) The board begins reviewing packages. (That doesn't usually start until October - each year it changes depending on number of completed application and when the academy decides to being offering appointments). But the biggest thing to remember is the 1st part. It could be November, December, or even January. If you don't have your application 100% complete, (Minus your nomination), the review board won't even look at your application. Best of luck. Mike....
