Does NROTC board have any preference for reference? I can't decide between my NJROTC instructor and Wrestling team coach; I am 2nd term Supply Officer in my unit and wrestling team captain this year. I've known both for same amount of years (4). Both are very supportive of my goal, and I know they will definitely give a positive feedback. Only difference is that other cadets from my NJROTC unit will ask our instructor for same evaluation while no one will be asking wrestling team coach (other than me if I choose)
