Remdial Scheduling Help!

I received my letter telling me to get a remedial today in the mail. After filling out the DOTMETS info, it tells me that CONCORD is in the process of locating a doctor to perform the remedial. It also says to call CONCORD and upon doing that it just continues to ring. Any idea what I should do? Thanks!
 
Try to call again tomorrow morning. Maybe they are closed for the day. My DD have remedials appointments and I just called them and they found me a doctor within minutes.
 
So I checked the website the next day, and Concord had lined up a medical office for me to call but upon calling the number provided, it tells me that my call could not be completed at this time and to try again later. It then terminates the call. As far as I can tell from internet research, I'm calling within the office's business hours but to a number that isn't associated to any of the departments in the office. Should I call a different number from the office's website or should I contact Concord?
