Remedial for ankle sprain?

Hi there,

I have gotten my physical and everything has been shipped to dodmerb. I have a remedial 215.15, which is for an ankle sprain that I endured a few months ago. If I already have a note from my doctor saying that I am medically cleared without restrictions, do I still need to see the doctor again? Also, where do I send this medical note into? Can I upload it to the dodmerb website?

Does the remedial say to see a physician or to send in paperwork? Follow whatever instructions there are in the your remedial to expedite it. If it is a matter of sending in medical records, you can fax them in but there is no way to upload them. If you have specific questions regarding if your existing clearance letter is enough, call DODMERB directly. They are happy to answer specific questions regarding your case.
