Remedial- Present Health Questionnaire

I have to fill out the Present Health Questionnaire for a remedial since my exam is pretty old. The first question is, "Make a statement of your present health."

What could I put in 1-2 sentences that sounds professional and basically says I'm in awesome health?
 
DS had to fill out and submit a Present Health Questionnaire and he simply wrote "Excellent" as his description of his present health. Remember this information is just to update your previous medical history and is not going to be scrutinized in the way essays on an application are. Good luck to you.
