I received a letter asking for me to complete a remedial requiring a physician appointment with a radiologist. On the Concorde website, there was no radiologist listed for me to visit and when I called Concorde they said I was not on file and that I should contact to DoDMERB people. I emailed them six days ago and I still have not heard back, should I email/call them again or continue to wait?
